- How does the free tier work?
- New accounts get a starter pack of Koko Stars. One star = one new story. You can buy more stars or subscribe to Koko Premium for monthly stars plus unlimited access to extra features.
- What ages is Koko designed for?
- Koko has three age tiers: 0–2, 3–5, and 6–9. Story length, vocabulary, and pacing adapt to the age tier you pick for each child profile.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- From the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Subscriptions). We don't process payments directly, so cancellations happen through the store.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the Koko app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your data, including all child profiles, stories, and custom characters.
